Terms
Opening Orders
Minimum opening order is $300, and needs to be paid in advance by check or by Visa or MasterCard. We will ship once the check has cleared or the card has been successfully charged. For Visa or MasterCard please use our Credit Card Billing Form.
Reorders
There is a $100 minimum for all reorders. Upon their first reorder you may elect to change from credit card to net 30 terms. Please fax us your credit sheet in advance as terms will require a credit reference check.
Returns
In the rare case you need to return or exchange something, please contact us. Any orders returned without prior approval will incur a 20% restocking fee, along with all shipping costs. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they do not match the faxed or emailed order.
Submission of Orders
Orders may be called in at 503-771-5274, faxed to 503-236-0814, or emailed to info@lesliepaintedglass.com.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Other carriers may be used upon request. For other carriers (such as FedEx) please provide your account number. Shipping internationally with UPS can be expensive in some areas. In this case we will use USPS if requested. Leslie Hand Painted Glass will not be responsible for any breakage incurred by any carrier other than UPS.
All orders ship within 6-8 weeks. If you request a date sooner than that for a standard order please note the date you need to receive the order and we will do our best to honor this. If we feel we cannot honor the requested date, we will contact you.
Breakage
A Claim Form is included with all packing slips. If you discover breakage in any shipment you should complete the claim form and fax or mail it to us within 15 days. Upon receipt of the form, we will ship a replacement item or credit your account, per your request. We are not responsible for any breakage incurred by any carrier other than UPS.
