Custom Orders

Custom orders are a meaningful way to personalize any glass or tray. When ordering please refer to the Colors and Styles Chart. For more information try our Custom Girls Web Page the Regional and Custom Web Page or give us a call or email.

Prices Per Face: Additional cost is $5.00 per face
For example if your customer orders a small girlfriend tray and would like each face to have certain hair style, hair color, and eye color as well as specific names on the tray, it will cost an extra $5.00 per face. If the order is for a wine glass with hair style, hair color, and and eye color it would be an additional $5.00 per wine glass. Girlfriend or Sister Glasses with 2 faces would be an additional $10 per glass.

Please be aware of several factors:

• For the best result the custom order must be one of our basic styles and must adhere to the colors named in our Colors and Styles Chart

• Custom and Special Orders are not returnable, so please be sure your customer has ordered directly from the Colors and Styles Chart

• Please do not send photographs. Glasses are fun renditions of people meant to capture a care-free likeness.  They are not portraits or photographs and will not look like individuals. 

• “Short” hair is going to look like a short bob unless “spiky” is specified. There really is no other way to do it.

• “Light Brown” looks significantly darker on trays than on glasses where it appears closer to “Yellow Blonde”.

• Unfortunately, glass is clear and it is impossible to represent skin color.  Clear is the only skin color available.

For best results on a custom order:

• Please specify hair color from color chart.  We are not responsible for customers receiving the “wrong” color “brown” if it was not specified as “Auburn Brown”, “Dark Brown”, or “Light Brown”. Please remember “Light Brown” looks like “Yellow Blonde” on glasses.

• Basic hairstyles need to be ordered directly from the style chart.  Non-specific descriptions such as “older lady hair” may or may not meet expectations.

• Eye colors are best in blue, green, brown or hazel. Non-standard eye colors are left to our discretion.
